About CRPerdue.Com
I design and build systems.
That includes infrastructure, educational programs, and AI-driven workflows—but the focus is always the same: creating environments that are structured, scalable, and grounded in real-world use.
Most organizations don’t struggle because of a lack of tools. They struggle because their systems are unclear, inconsistent, or poorly aligned with how work actually happens.
My work is centered on fixing that.
What I Do
I work at the intersection of:
- IT infrastructure and system design
- technical education and workforce development
- AI workflows and automation systems
This includes:
- designing lab and infrastructure environments
- building repeatable systems for training and operations
- developing frameworks that connect learning to real job roles
- helping organizations think more clearly about how their systems are structured
The goal is not to introduce more complexity.
The goal is to create systems that are clear, repeatable, and effective.
Background
I bring over 25 years of experience in IT and over 15 years in the classroom.
My background includes:
- enterprise infrastructure and systems
- networking and server administration
- virtualization and automation
- technical program development and instruction
I currently teach high school IT courses covering:
- network engineering
- cybersecurity
- network administration
- computer engineering
These programs are structured around real-world systems and certification pathways, including CompTIA and Cisco certifications.
Teaching Approach
I do not treat the classroom as a traditional academic environment.
I run it as a working organization.
Students take on defined roles, operate real systems, and are evaluated based on performance. The goal is to prepare them for actual work—not just exams.
This approach has produced consistently strong outcomes, including high certification pass rates and students who are able to transition directly into technical roles or advanced study.
Systems I’ve Built
My work is not theoretical. It is implemented and actively used.
Key systems include:
- DragonForge Linux — a role-based Linux platform for managing classroom and lab environments
- Project Aegis — an AI-native organizational framework for structured automation
- Simulated Workplace Model — a system for running technical education programs as real operational environments
- Digital Badge Framework — a structured approach to skill validation tied to job roles
These projects form the foundation of my consulting work.
How I Think
I approach problems as systems, not tasks.
That means:
- identifying structure before adding tools
- prioritizing clarity over complexity
- designing for scale from the beginning
- focusing on environments, not just individual components
Most issues in IT and education are not technical limitations—they are structural problems.
When the system is designed correctly, everything else becomes easier.
Who I Work With
My work is most relevant for:
- schools and districts building or improving IT programs
- community colleges and training programs
- organizations designing internal infrastructure or systems
- teams exploring structured approaches to AI and automation

This site is a collection of the systems, ideas, and frameworks I use in real environments.
If you are building something and need a structured approach, I can help you design it correctly from the start.
